How clients book
Booking happens in three clear steps. The client sees the price and duration of each treatment, chooses a therapist or whoever is free, and picks a time that is really open.
Managing bookings
The day view has a column for each therapist, so you see free rooms and busy hours at once. The list and month views help you plan the week.
Booking rules
Choose the hours clients can book, the time step, minimum notice and how far ahead the calendar is open. Limit the number of treatments per therapist per day if you need breaks.
Treatments and team
Treatments, therapists, gift cards, reviews and FAQs are all lists in the dashboard. Change a price or add a new treatment and it appears on the site and in booking.
